A restaurant inspired by New York burgers and London street culture, but then à la Rotterdam – this is what owner Diego Buik had in mind with Diego’s. He had two Rotterdam graffiti artists design his walls, resulting in a unique, impressive work of art in black, white and gold.
“We respond to food trends and regularly go abroad to follow the latest trends there. One of our favorite cities to follow is London, where the hamburger scene is growing, ”says owner Diego Buik.
Born from the quest for crunch burgers and the combination of a delicious cheese sauce, the Bugles Burger was created. This is the perfect example of following the latest trends to be as creative as possible.
